Will of James Browning of Henrico Parish
To my first son William, 5 shillings
To my second son John, 5 shillings
To my daughter Susannah Clarke, 5 shillings
To my sons Samuel and Williamson, 10 pounds
To my daughter Maryanne Browning, 5 pounds
To wife Ann, for life, my whole estate and then to be sold to pay above
legacies. The rest to be divided among my following children: Daniel, Samuel,
Williamson, Elizabeth and Mary Anne Browning, and Lucy Drake.
