I B. N. Browning being
of sound mind and in perfect control of my reasoning faculties do declare this
to be my last will and Testament, all other wills being by this rendered null
and void.
1st I desire and
command that all my just indebtedness against me be paid in full out of my
effects.
2nd I give and bequeath
to my wife, Elizabeth Browning all of my real estate and personal property to
have and to hold during her life, giving her the privilege of selling any
portion or ever all of the same should it become necessary for her to do so to
obtain the means of support for her. ( Later, I desire that she sell my real
estate at my death and buy other real estate)
3rd I desire that after
the death of my wife, Elizabeth Browning all the above named property yet
unconsumed by her be equally divided among my three children viz.: J. F.
Browning, F. G. Browning and V. Florence Oney.

this 8th day of June 1906.

entered into this 8 day of December, 1930 between Susie Calloway and Agnes
Calloway of the first part and J. F. Browning of the second part witnessith that
for an in consideration of cash paid in hand the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, the said parties of the 1st part do sell grand and bargain unto
the party of the 2nd part all of their individual interest in a certain tract or
parcel of land situated in Copper Creek District, Russell County, Virginia and
bounded as follows: On the North by the lands of John Monk, on the West by the
lands of John Statzer; on the South by the lands of Belle Bailey and on the East
by the State Highway and the lands of W. P. Gibson, and containing Eight acres
more or less.
And the parties of the
1st part warrant generally the lands herein conveyed.
